DTASLOI — Terms of Service

Important: This page explains how DTASLOI works, including optional telemetry and networked features. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the mod.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, enabling, or using DTASLOI (the “Mod”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not install or use the Mod.

2. Nature of the Mod

DTASLOI is a third-party modification for Gorilla Tag. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Another Axiom, Meta, or any official Gorilla Tag services.

You understand that using mods may violate game or platform rules and could result in restrictions or bans outside the developer’s control.

3. Telemetry & Data Collection

When explicitly enabled by the user, the Mod may collect limited telemetry for development, debugging, moderation tooling, and security purposes.

Telemetry collected may include the following fields:

directory — room code
identity —your current display name
region — the region the game uses
userid —in-game user identifier (for identifying cheaters)
isPrivate — whether the lobby/session is private
playerCount — number of players in the current session at the time of joining
gameMode — game mode
consoleVersion — console version
menuName — just shows the name of the mod
menuVersion — active mod version

Telemetry is enabled by default, and is user-controllable. You may disable telemetry at any time via the Mod’s configuration.

Telemetry does not include passwords, authentication credentials, or files outside the game/mod environment.

4. Remote & Networked Features

DTASLOI may include optional network-based features that allow interactions between players using the Mod while in the same lobby or session.

All such features require user consent
Actions are limited to predefined behaviors within the game environment
No arbitrary code execution is permitted
No unrestricted control of another player’s device or operating system is provided

5. User Control & Visibility

DTASLOI provides configuration options to enable or disable telemetry and network features. Network-triggered actions may be logged or visibly indicated for transparency.

6. Responsible Use

You agree not to use DTASLOI to harass, exploit, or harm other players and to comply with Gorilla Tag community rules and Terms of Service.

7. No Warranty

DTASLOI is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding stability, performance, or compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Game or platform moderation actions, including bans
Crashes, instability, or incompatibility
Misuse of the Mod by users
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of DTASLOI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
